Early on, Gen’s Arts and Communications studies led her to Cirque du Soleil, where she spent multiple fantastic years honing her craft. Along the way, she seized the opportunity to join the Just for Laughs Festival as a Producer and later the Solotech team as a Director of Operations.
From meticulously planning complex tours to adeptly managing productions in high-pressure situations, her diverse background has uniquely equipped her to navigate the unexpected twists of the industry.
In 2017, she made her home in Australia, dedicating herself to delivering numerous memorable events across the country, spearheading the launch of new venues, and steering the growth of her company. Beyond the demands of her professional life, Genevieve is a passionate music enthusiast, iced tea connoisseur, yoga practitioner, fluent French speaker, and a perennial source of joy for those around her.
Serving as a devoted mentor for Headspace, she embodies a steadfastly positive attitude and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Genevieve thrives on tackling challenges head-on, radiating a sense of calm and grace even in the most trying circumstances—a valuable asset for ensuring success in any ambitious project.

Born in the US, but now a proud Australian Citizen, Alana brings over three decades of diverse experience in the production industry. Starting her journey in 1991, she honed her skills across various production roles.
Alana's career took a significant turn in 2009 when she embarked on a global tour with Cirque du Soleil as a Production Manager for KOOZA, spanning North America, Japan, the UK, and Europe.
Settling in Melbourne, Australia, she swiftly established herself as a go-to expert for tour planning and permitting, particularly for productions in temporary structures. Alana's meticulous approach ensures compliance and fosters strong relationships with site/venue owners and authorities. Apart from her professional prowess, Alana is renowned for her uncanny ability to resonate with feline friends, earning her the title of the ultimate cat whisperer. Rest assured, amidst her busy schedule, Alana always finds time to appreciate photos of your beloved pets.
Shevaun Lambert

Shevaun "Shev" Lambert is a true expert in the field of hospitality, dedicating over 20 years to perfecting her craft within the industry. The enthusiasm she exhibits for her work is truly infectious; just a glance at her and you'll see her eyes light up with excitement. Remarkably, Shev ventured into the realm of entrepreneurship early on, establishing her first successful restaurant at the remarkable age of eight.
With a background in hospitality and events, graduating in 2007, she has since delved into various aspects of the field, from leading teams across diverse restaurant and bar chains to overseeing operations in international hotels, organising festivals, managing events, engaging in party planning, providing culture coaching, developing menus, and conducting training sessions. Known for her solution-oriented approach and unwavering dedication,
Shev thrives in high-pressure environments, guiding her team to success with her boundless energy and spirit. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is deeply passionate about empowering women to become their best selves, a philosophy she upholds as a mother of five.
